Please read before signing.

  1. The package is limited to one person per form
  2. The package included for this mission is limited accommodation (3-4 star), ground transfers and networking dinner only. The Organiser will not provide any other forms of monetary or non-monetory support.
  3. The accommodation is based on availability basis. The Organiser has the rights to change the location of the accommodation where it deems necessary.
  4. The accommodation provided caters to a maximum of 4 days and 3 nights of stay during the period of 17 - 20 Nov 2026, single room and daily breakfast. Any additional charges (room services, use of minibar, additional nights, change of room, etc.) shall be paid on the participant’s account. The Organiser shall not bear any responsibility for additional charges. The participant shall pay additional charges at the point of check-out.
  5. Accommodation (3-4 star), and networking dinner will be hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Timor-Leste. Please note that all logistics, accommodation, and dinner arrangements will be pre-arranged by the Ministry and are not subject to individual selection or modification by delegates
  6. Check-out is at 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Failure to check-out by this time shall result in additional charges imposed by the hotel. Participant should make payment for any additional orders on their own.
  7. Each participant must oblige to follow all the scheduled programme and agenda that the Organiser had planned out throughout the trade mission duration.
  8. Each activity scheduled is carefully restructured by the Organiser to meet the objectives of organising this event. Any change of activities, timing, locations or others are entirely up to the Organiser, and the Organiser has the rights to change or alter these items where needed.
  9. This package is non-transferable, exchangeable or substituted to any other parties.
  10. Cancellation of participation must be informed at least 30 days before the event. Penalty USD1500 is imposed.
  11. Contact details of the participants shall not be revealed to any third parties unless provided by participants at own discretion.
  12. The Organiser reserves;
    • The rights to request any supporting documents when needed
    • Full rights to add, amend or terminate any of the above without prior notice
    • The rights to immediately disqualify any participant whom found to be abusing the above terms and
  13. The Organiser will not take liabilities for any unforeseen circumstances occurring during the period of the event being held
